Return policy details

We sell new and used parts and guarantee what we sell. Prior authorization for returns required. Exchange for correct part will be made when available. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Buyer pays return shipping charges. Item must be returned in original unused, uninstalled condition, with all original manufacturer’s packaging, manufacturer’s boxes, tags, instructions, etc., as shipped to you. Only complete items will be accepted. No returns for partial items will be accepted. If return is due to defective part, seller will cover the return shipping costs after the item has been returned and inspected by seller. If return is due to customer ordering wrong part or changed mind, there will be a restocking fee of 20% and buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
